Treatment Philosophy
Every step of care is intentional diagnosis before treatment, evidence before prescription.
We establish a working diagnosis before any medication is introduced because treatment should follow understanding.
Medication is a tool, not a default. Prescribing is evidence-based, monitored, and adjusted as the picture evolves.
Cognitive and behavioral strategies integrated into care not just session exercises, but real-world application.
The goal is return to daily life. With your consent, we coordinate documentation and support toward that end.
